Steak Knives at the Ready

Hong Kong’s Grand Hyatt hotel has unveiled the result of months of renovation work, opening two elegant private rooms to guests on the upper level of its Grand Hyatt Steakhouse. Lathered with dark wood and appointed with cozy leather suites, each room will showcase a bounty of seasonal produce, from prime cuts of US, Canadian and Japanese beef to home-smoked salmon, liver pate and premium Iberico ham. Guests who book either the 12 or 36-person private rooms can order from a choice of set menus and enjoy fine wines selected by the hotel’s Sommelier Nicolas Deneux.
