Make A Golden Impression

Hong Kong one-star Michelin restaurant Gold by Harlan Goldstein will bring extra sparkle to Valentine's Day this year with a decadent six-course gourmet dinner menu that will delight romantic couples with indulgent ingredients and inspiring cuisine.

A sexy amuse bouche of Balik salmon caviar with a green pea cloud prepares the palate for the aphrodisiacal seafood starter of lobster jelly with scampi, herb salad and crispy crab ball. This is followed by the sensual cauliflower bisque, porcini and black truffle tortellini.

The handcrafted tagliolini pasta, with Iberico 5J ham, baby abalone and scallions will leave diners breathless with its perfect marriage of flavours and textures while the culinary seduction continues with slow-cooked US prime fillet of beef, served with crispy oysters, red bell peppers and leeks.

Finally, understanding that all romance should contain a little mystery celebrity chef Harlan Goldstein has created the Valentine Dessert Surprise and for couples wanting to continue celebrating Valentine's Day after dinner, the restaurant transforms into a late-night cocktail bar with an outdoor lounge terrace and stimulating sounds.

The Valentine's Day Dinner Menu is priced at HK$1,380 per person and advance bookings are recommended.
