Café Gray Deluxe has collaborated with leading Paris visionary and passionate perfumer Diptyque to launch an aromatic gourmetMoheli Afternoon Tea, available from May 6 – 30 June. Moheli Afternoon Tea is inspired by Eau Moheli, Diptyque’s signature floral fragrance collection to be launched internationally on May 6. The fine fragrance is extracted from a tropical flower, Ylang-Ylang, known for its intensive sweet scent and harvested on Moheli Island in Comoros Archipelago.

With the top notes of ginger, pepperwood, and pink peppercorn; and hints of Ylang-Ylang and Haiti Vetiver, the signature aromatic elements of the fragrance are blended into the Moheli Afternoon Tea, which includes dishes like curry poached chicken salad tartlet with ginger peach chutney;and mini cinnamon rolls with golden raisins, matched with a selection of fine teas. Priced at HK$240 per person or HK$420 for two people, the Moheli Afternoon Tea is served daily from 3.30-5.30pm at Café Gray Deluxe with a breathtaking harbour view from the top. www.swirehotels.com
