37 Steakhouse & Bar opens on the Peak Hong Kong

Delivering a refined dining experience for savvy carnivores., 37 Steakhouse & Bar, has opened at The Peak Galleria in Hong Kong.

The newest opening by Hong Kong-based hospitality group The Food Story, the 7,000 square foot steakhouse delivers a dedicated steak experience alongside an extensive wine and sake list and, of course, amazing vistas over the city from its lofty location.
Employing preparations, and ingredients rooted in tradition while being unapologetically contemporary, cuts are cooked in a Spanish Josper Grill, which forms an instantaneous crust around the meat to trap the natural juices to enrich the flavour of the meat.
The restaurant’s beef range includes USDA Prime Black Angus, Australian Rangers Valley Cross-bred Wagyu, Hiyama Wagyu, and dry-aged prime beef from Belgium. Cuts include flat iron, rump, striploin and hanging tender, while other beef dishes include A5 Wagyu tacosand the signature Wagyu Burger.
