If you love a well-made cocktail at the end of a long day of exploration, you’re in luck with the new martini cart experience at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta.
One of the city’s leading houses of slumber now transports its guests back to the glamorous days of stylish cocktail culture with its immersive tableside martini cart experience at Bar Margot. The bespoke service allows guests to enjoy masterfully crafted, made-to-order martinis tailored to individual preferences.
You might not know this but in 1907 Georgia became the first state in the South to pass a statewide ban on the production, transportation, and sale of alcohol, a restriction that lasted until 1935 – two years after the end of national prohibition, leading to a vibrant post-prohibition cocktail scene that can still be seen in the city’s many ground-breaking speakeasies.
One of the city’s most elegant watering holes, Bar Margot’s martini cart is a celebration of cocktail craftsmanship, bringing the art of mixology directly to the table.
Featuring a premium selection of vodkas, gins and vermouths, the martini cart is wheeled tableside where a master mixologist crafts each martini to order. Guests can choose from a classic vodka or gin martini or create their own custom cocktail by selecting preferred spirits, mixers and garnishes such as olives, citrus twists or fresh herbs.
The martini cart showcases not only the finest spirits but also the creativity and expertise of the hotel’s bartenders, blending timeless techniques with modern innovation.
In addition to the tableside martini cart, Bar Margot offers a menu of artfully crafted cocktails along with a premium selection of bourbons, tequilas and other spirits. The bar’s stylish space, designed by acclaimed architect Michael S. Smith, features plush velvet seating, marble accents and a stunning onyx bar.
