Hublot launches new timepieces including the three takes on the Square Bang Unico, and the ground-breaking new Big Bang MP-13, boasting an all-new complication
The new 44mm Big Bang MP-13, a watch aimed at collectors and aficionados, brings together for the first time two complications—the tourbillion and the retrograde display—in one, unique timepiece.

The double-axis tourbillion, which is skeletonised and suspended to offer a weightlessness over more traditional versions, completes a full rotation every minute on one axis, and every 30 seconds on the other. Having two speeds within the same mechanism creates a view that is both hypnotic and technical, an effect amplified by an architectural design that does away with the upper bridge and pares back each component unsparingly to allow light to pass through unobstructed.
The MP-13 offers 96 hours of power, indicated at 11 o’clock, an impressive feat for a watch boasting an energy- intensive bi-retrograde movement. The new model is limited to 50 numbered pieces and is designed entirely in titanium, with a full satin finish and black rubber strap.

Another new innovation, Hublot has created three new editions of the Square Bang Unico in sapphire and ceramic, including one in white sapphire limited to 250 pieces. The specific features that contributed to the Big Bang Unico’s popularity have been reinterpreted in this new square format, including the case’s sandwich-like construction and the use of high-tech materials. All characteristics of the brand icon are clearly visible on the new models, including the six functional H-shaped screws.
The new Square Bang Unico models are water-resistant to 10 atmospheres and are powered by the HUB1280 automatic column-wheel flyback chronograph calibre set at 4Hz (28,800 vib/h) and offering a 72-hour power reserve. Perfectly adapted for the square format, it can be admired through the openwork dial, the back of the watch, and now through the sapphire crystal case itself. Each of the new models is fitted with a rubber strap and a titanium buckle clasp.
