AYANA Bali welcomes seductive new-look family-friendly villas at both AYANA Villas and AYANA Resort.
One of Bali’s most popular integrated resorts has just lifted the luxury ante with an ambitious renovation of some of its most indulgent guest rooms.
Perched atop the cliffs of Jimbaran Bay, with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, both AYANA Villas and AYANA Resort have elevated the guest experience through refreshed designs, enhanced comfort, and eco-conscious features.
At AYANA Villas, the renovation focused on three villa categories: The One-Bedroom Ocean Front Cliff Villa, the One-Bedroom Ocean View Cliff Villa, and the One-Bedroom Ocean View Villa. Led by the renowned Tokyo-based SPIN Design Studio, the refresh introduces a contemporary interpretation of Balinese aesthetics using locally sourced materials.

Each villa has been thoughtfully reimagined to reflect AYANA Bali’s stunning natural environments: the 1-Bedroom Villas features soothing blue tones, the Cliff Villas showcases calming green accents inspired by the surrounding lush landscape, and the AYANA Resort rooms embody the warm hues of a Balinese sunset.
A standout feature of the renovation is the enhanced Cliff Villas, where sliding doors replace traditional windows to welcome natural sea breezes, reducing reliance on artificial cooling and reflecting AYANA’s commitment to sustainability. The refreshed interiors also incorporate repurposed stone and wood carvings, modernised to seamlessly blend tradition with contemporary design.

Meanwhile, AYANA Resort has enhanced its accommodations with two comprehensive renovation phases: The West Building underwent renovations that were completed in December, while the East Building’s renovations are scheduled for the second quarter of 2025 and are expected to conclude by mid-December 2025. These upgrades aim to deliver a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and sustainability across the legendary resort.
