Situated on the island of Dugi Otok within Kornati National Park, Villa Nai 3.3 is a Croatian gem overlooking the Adriatic Sea on the celebrated Dalmatian Coast.
The eight rooms and suites are built from stone excavated from the surrounding 500-year-old organic olive groves, from which the resort produces organically certified, globally award-winning Dalmatian olive oil. Every stage of the production is conducted by hand, from olive picking to oil extraction.

A seasonal and celebrated experience, the olive harvest takes place during late September and early October, during which guests can meet other local olive oil producers and immerse themselves in this ancient tradition. You can also visit the groves and taste the award-winning oil year-round.
The resort recently welcomed a new chef, Yann Berger, who’s looking forward to creating new recipes utilising some of the world’s finest olive oil. The two restaurants at Villa Nai 3.3 champion selected ingredients sourced from local farms or the sea and make extensive use of the olive oil in its dishes.
Both the 3.3 Restaurant and the Grotta 11000 Restaurant champion local meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables, which are then seasoned with sea salt and the award-winning Nai 3.3. To complement this culinary experience, there are more than 200 local sommelier-selected wines.
The Nai 3.3 olive oil, meanwhile, is also incorporated into the resort spa’s products, and features Vitamin E and antioxidants to smooth and firm skin.
