With unexpected flavour pairings and unconventional plating techniques, every dish emerges as a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to spark a sense of wonder and anticipation.

Beginning with Soup by Andy, a playful homage to Andy Warhol’s subversive Campbell’s Soup Cans, this multidimensional starter invites diners to embrace chaos as a catalyst for culinary creation. Continuing the artistic narrative is Dogs Playing Mahjong, a whimsical reinterpretation of Cassius Marcellus Coolidge’s beloved painting. Paying homage to Bo Innovation’s Cantonese culinary heritage, this dish infuses familiar flavours with a touch of whimsy, each morsel of scallops, mountain yam, shiso plum, and conpoy resembling a mahjong piece.

For a surreal culinary experience, Autumnal Cannibalism presents a captivating choice between Duck Wellington or Wagyu Beef with a supplementary price of HK$300, each celebrating the textures and flavours of autumn in a nod to Salvador Dali’s iconic painting.
