Elevating Art with the Artist in Residence ProgrammeÂ
Shangri-La Sydney has redefined the art of hotel living with its exclusive Artist in Residence programme, a first-of-its-kind in an Australian hotel. In partnership with acclaimed Australian indigenous artist Goompi Ugerbabah, the hotel has furnished its’ public spaces with ten of his artworks, celebrating Australian talent. Goompi will spend two weeks each year in residence at the hotel, connecting with guests and creating art inspired by the breathtaking Sydney Harbour view.

The hotel is the first in the world to offer the Jo By Jo Loves collection of guest cosmetics in its bathrooms, featuring sustainable, vegan, and cruelty-free products showcased in refillable bottles.
