Chef Bakker has introduced a new chapter in Bali’s gastronomic landscape with the opening of Syrco BASÈ, a bold new concept that champions transparency and sustainability.

Syrco BASÈ offers diverse dining experiences, fully immersing guests in the artistry of culinary excellence. The intimate dining affair at Syrco BASÈ Ku, the exclusive chef’s table, housed in a standalone building with its own lounge, accommodates just 14 lucky souls, each of which is whisked away on the island’s most coveted gastronomic journey. At the chef’s table, each meticulously crafted dish and beverage pairing contributes to a broader narrative of flavours and seasonal exploration. A laid-back lounge invites guests to indulge in aperitifs, a diverse wine selection, and mixology.
